We may reschedule or cancel sessions for operational reasons. Where possible, we will notify you in advance.

Any descriptions of outcomes are examples of potential results and do not constitute promises or guarantees. Your results depend on your background, effort, circumstances, and compliance with recommendations.

5. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bytesynclab.com is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your use of information outside the scope of the services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

6. Consumer information (remote contracts)

If you contract remotely (for example, by using an online booking/ordering form), we provide pre-contract consumer information and comply with remote-contract requirements.

Relevant legal basis: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, including: Стаття 13, Стаття 17, Стаття 19, and Стаття 21.

For electronic commerce interactions and remote ordering/service information obligations, we follow Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
