Consumer information (remote arrangements)
If your request results in a remote consumer contract (including an online arrangement), we provide consumer information and comply with the requirements for remote contracts and the right to withdraw. The applicable legal basis includes:
- Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX (including Articles 13, 17, 19, 21 for remote/distance contracts and the consumer’s information and right to withdraw).
- Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII (for remote ordering and related service information obligations).
- Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI (for lawful processing of personal data and required notice/consent where applicable).
